Special Free Strawberry Festival Bus on July 1
A free Canada Day bus shuttle will be in effect during the Strawberry Festival on Saturday, July 1. There will be two routes available – the Ballantrae Loop and Stouffville Loop.
The Ballantrae Loop is a 30-minute service starting at Main Street and Edward Street, arriving every :00 and :30 past the hour. This route provides stops through Musselman’s Lake and reaches Aurora Road & Ballantrae Community Centre every :15 and :45 past the hour.
The Stouffville Loop is a 15-minute service starting at Hoover Park & Park Drive, arriving every :00/:15/:30/:45 past the hour.
Both the Ballantrae & Stouffville Loop services will run from 9 am to midnight.
The Strawberry Festival has grown into the second largest attraction in York Region with over 30,000 people visiting each year. The Strawberry Festival is organized by a volunteer committee which has grown to more than 20-people strong. There is plenty to do and see at this year’s Festival including fun for the whole family, young and old. Be sure to bring the family and take advantage of the free shuttle!
