Create Family Account Form
** You must create a Family Account prior to registering programs online. Note that Family Accounts cannot be created online, so please call 905-642-PLAY (7529) to create an account or complete the Create Family Account Form and email to leisure.services@townofws.ca or fax 905-642-3940
How to Request a Refund
When programs are cancelled, refunds are automatically processed and a credit will be left on the account. If you would rather not leave the credit on your account, you may request a refund via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque. Refund requests will be processed in the order they are received and may take 1 - 2 weeks to be completed. Please note that administration fees are not being applied to any refund requests for programs that are cancelled.

To request a refund by cheque, please complete the Withdrawal Request Form (select "Cheque" at the bottom of the page) and submit it to leisure.services@townofws.ca. If you are submitting multiple refund requests, please send only one (1) email with all of your refund requests attached. |
Refund by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) |
To request a refund by EFT the first time, you must complete and submit the Withdrawal Requst Form (select "Electronic Funds Transfer" at the bottom of the page), the EFT Authorization Form and a void cheque or bank account verification to leisure.services@townofws.ca. Submission of the forms only needs to be done once. Once you are set up in the system, you are no longer required to send the corresponding paperwork for an EFT refund, only the withdrawal request form. If you are submitting multiple refund requests, please send only one (1) email with all of your refund requests and documentation attached. |
Fee Assistance: Join in/Jumpstart
- The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville strongly believes that it is important for everyone to participate in leisure activities, which help to develop important skills, self esteem and confidence.
- To apply for funding, you must be a Whitchurch-Stouffville resident and eligible for funding based on the Low Income Cutoffs as published by Stats Canada.
- Acceptance into the funding program is reviewed on an individual basis. Should you have any questions, please call 905-642-PLAY (7529) x 5324.
