Ward 5 - Richard Bartley Richard Bartley has been a lifelong resident of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. He is married to his wife Martina for 34 years and has 3 daughters. Richard has worked for Williamson GM for the past 38 years as a sales consultant.

For purposes of representation on Council, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is divided into six Wards. Through the municipal election process, Members of Council are elected to Whitchurch-Stouffville Town Council to represent each of the six Wards. Councillor Bartley represents Ward 5 for the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. Ward 5 boundaries are as follows:

North - Midway between Bloomington Road and Vandorf Sideroad, extending from Ninth Line to York-Durham Line
East - York-Durham Line, midway between Bloomington Road/Vandorf Sideroad to Main Street
South - Main Street from York-Durham Line to Ninth Line
West - Ninth Line from Main Street to midway between Bloomington Road/Vandorf Sideroad
