Ward Information
For purposes of representation on Council, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is divided into six Wards. Through the municipal election process, Members of Council are elected to Whitchurch-Stouffville Town Council to represent each of the six Wards. Councillor Upton represents Ward 4 for the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. Ward 4 boundaries are as follows:
- North - Midway between Bloomington and Vandorf Sideroad Road extending from Highway 48 to Ninth Line
- East - Ninth Line from midway between Bloomington Road and Vandorf Sideroad to north of Millard Street, jogs east to the CNR tracks, follows the tracks south to Main Street, jogs west back to Ninth Line and continues south to 1 lot north of 19th Avenue
- South - 1 lot north of 19th Avenue from Ninth Line to Highway 48
- West - Highway 48 from 1 lot north of 19th Avenue to midway between Bloomington Road/Vandorf Sideroad
