Candidates

Individuals who wish to run for municipal office must file a nomination in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. Once a nomination has been certified by the Clerk, the candidate’s name and office being sought will be made public.

The nomination period began on May 1, 2026 and concluded on August 21, 2026.
