Proposed Development

The proposed installation is composed of a 45-meter self support telecommunications tower, including the antennas, a lightning rod, and an obstruction light. The objective is to improve wireless coverage for the community (along Highway 404, Woodbine Ave and Bethesda Side Rd) and to meet rising demands for wireless services.

An equipment shelter will also be installed at the base of the proposed tower and the entire site will be surrounded by a security fence with a locked gated access point.
