Notice of Decision: Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002

On September 27, 2024, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville approved the establishment of a columbarium located within the Highland Hills Memorial Gardens cemetery, known municipally as 12492 Woodbine Avenue, Gormley, Ontario, legally described as PT LOT 2, CON 3, WHITCHURCH AS IN R628219, SAVE AND EXCEPT PT 2, 65R19957 TOWN OF WHITCHURCH-STOUFFVILLE, through the Town Building Permit No. PRNR20241078, and approved the application under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002.
