The Town of Stouffville has appointed Sunny Bains as the new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Sunny currently holds the role of Director of Leisure and Community Services at the Town, overseeing Parks, Facilities, Recreation Services, Customer Service and Heritage, Events and Theatre Operations.

He’s the full package. Council and I are very excited to welcome Sunny into his new role and look forward to bright days ahead for Whitchurch-Stouffville.”

They report directly to Council and work to implement Council’s direction and initiatives as well as all administrative and operational services for the Town.
