Notice of Construction, Stouffville Groundwater Supply System

June 12, 2025

York Region is building Stouffville Production Well 7 at 12519 Tenth Line to support the local groundwater system and improve flexibility. Construction runs June to November 2025, weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no service impacts but some traffic, noise, and dust expected.

New Public Mural Coming to Downtown Stouffville

A vibrant new mural is underway in Downtown Stouffville, celebrating our community’s deep roots, diverse cultures, and shared future through bold imagery and the symbolic Tree of Life. Created by local artist and educator Colin Whitebread, the piece invites reflection on unity, heritage, and connection. To ensure safety during the mural's creation, Church Street (southbound from Main to Commercial) will be closed from May 28 to July 4.
