Room and Pad Rates do not include tax or insurance fees. Renter is responsible for all set up and take down. A Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is required for licensed events, acquired by the renter through the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario. Licensed events also require a Letter of Municipal Significance signed by The Town of Stouffville's Director of Leisure & Community Services or CAO.
