To apply for a temporary structure permit, please submit the following forms and plans through the Permit Portal or by email.

• Building Permit Application Form 
• Applicable Law Checklist 
• Commitment to General Review for tents exceeding 225 square metres

You need to include the following plans in your application package:

• A site plan identifying the location of existing and proposed structures and all proposed setback dimensions to property lines
• Dimensioned plans of temporary structure
• Dimensioned elevations showing heights
• Flame spread rating of tent fabric
• Section and details plan, including connection, anchorage, and material details
